Policies

Products ship between 1-4 days. Unless it is a custom item (which will ship within 1--14 days, must most likely sooner.) or a Preorder (which time line should be given at time of purchase.)

We do not ship/work on Sundays.

We ship to US only.

Store is not responsible for delays in shipping pr products marked "delivered" by USPS.

It is the customers responsiblity to enter the correct shipping address, please double and triple check this!

 

Returns and Exchanges

NO returns or exchanges. 

We will no longer be accepting returns. NO refunds or exchanges. Please read the details carefully as I do my very best to explain the fit. If you need help deciding on a size, I would be happy to help you! I’m sorry about this change, it is just hard to keep up with returns/exchanges, throws off inventory, and costs you money to ship back 😞  and me to ship the other back which dramatically cuts into any profit. 

If you receive an item with a defect, we must be contaced within 3 days of receipt of item and we must receive a picture of the defect for item to be eligible for return.
